Student services and support programs

Buderim Mountain State School has a range of programs and services to help support children who may be identified as experiencing difficulties at school. These programs operate under the expert guidance of specialist staff who work as a part of the educational team within our school. Learn more about their programs below.

  • Chaplaincy program

    Our Chaplain holds a unique position in our school community through extending a confidential listening ear, care and support for students, staff and families.

  • Guidance counsellor

    Guidance and counselling services are provided directly to students and their families.

  • Learning support

    Buderim Mountain State School's learning support program provides for our diverse range of learners and their needs.

  • Special education program

    Special education programs are delivered based on an inclusive model reflecting a team approach involving classroom and specialist teachers, teacher aides and parents.
